Top Free Tools For Your Business In 2019.

In 2018, I have found and are using some amazing free business products that can help you do things from increase customer engagement to task management.

HubSpot

HubSpot is a very useful platform that can help with your Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and CRM. This product is great! The Free account offer so much value for startups and small businesses and as your business scales you can upgrade your HubSpot account to paid account that offers even more functionality. The Free account offers more than enough to get your business started and growing.

Also it is worth taking time out of your schedule and join in HubSpots free webinars as they show you how to maximise your efforts.

Zendesk Chat

Zendesk Chat is a Live chat tool, so when your customers land on your website you can immediately engage with them. You need to add a little bit of code to your website, which is super easy to do.

You can even engage with your website visitors from your mobile phone via their great app.  Again this is a FREE product and as your business scales you can upgrade your account that then offers more functionality, however the FREE account offers more than enough to get you going.

Live Chat popularity is expected to grow by as much as 80%-90% in 2019 as more and more people prefer to talk to someone in real-time and online. A study by Furstperson found that 77% of people will not purchase from you if there is no live chat support on your website.

Trello

Trello is fantastic task manager platform that helps you and your team with task planning. You can find in one easy place who is doing what and the progress being made to that task.

Trello is easy to use and does exactly what it says on the tin.

Mailchimp

Mailchimp is a great easy to use tool for managing your email marketing lists and building your marketing emails. Once built you can automate when you want the emails to go out. The Analytics is really useful to see who opens your email, the click-through-rate and if anyone unsubscribed.

Hope you check out the above tools in more depth and you find just as useful. If you know of any great free tools, please feel free to share with us in the comments below.
